Followfy ("Followfy", "we", "us") provides AI Agents and copilots that work inside the CRM and tools our Customers already use. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit followfy.co, book a call, or use our services.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, company and any message you send through our forms or booking calendar.
• Information from your use of our services: records, conversations and activity that our Customers connect to their Agents.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies used to run and improve the site.

How we use information

• To answer your requests and schedule calls.
• To provide, maintain and improve our Agents and services.
• To send service messages and, with your consent, marketing messages. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep our services secure and comply with the law.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you may receive text messages related to your request or account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services (such as hosting, CRM, messaging and AI model providers) under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or with your consent.

Customer data

When a Customer connects their tools to Followfy, we process that data on the Customer's behalf and only to provide the service. The Customer controls that data and is responsible for having the right to share it with us.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or limit the use of your personal information, including rights under U.S. state privacy laws and Mexico's data protection law (ARCO rights). To exercise them, email [email protected].

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
