Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of followfy.co and the AI Agents, copilots and related services provided by Followfy ("Followfy", "we", "us"). By using our site or services you agree to these Terms. If you use them for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

Our services

Followfy sets up and runs AI Agents that work inside the tools you already use. The specific scope, Use Cases, fees and service levels for each Customer are defined in a proposal or order form, which prevails over these Terms if they conflict.

Free first Use Case

When we offer to start your first Use Case free, the scope and duration are agreed on the call. After that period, continued use requires a paid plan.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and access only to tools and data you have the right to share.
• Review important actions suggested by Agents before approving them.
• Use the services lawfully, including consent rules for calls, text messages and email.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer or disrupt the services.

AI output

Agents use AI models and can make mistakes. You are responsible for decisions you make based on their output. We work to improve accuracy but do not guarantee that every output is correct or complete.

Fees and payment

Fees are set in your proposal or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We may suspend services for unpaid amounts after notice.

Data and confidentiality

You keep ownership of your data. We use it only to provide and improve the services, as described in our Privacy Policy, and keep your confidential information confidential.

Intellectual property

Followfy keeps all rights in its software, Agents, Archetypes, methods and site content. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Followfy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Term and termination

Either party may end the services as set in the proposal or order form. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, unless your order form states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
